We're always looking for the CHEAPEST professional way to solve your problem and deliver exceptional service, so please do give us the chance to talk through how we can help!

We prefer to take payment via bank transfer, or cash if required. Whilst we are able to take credit/debit cards and cheques, we try to avoid these unless essential, due to ~3% bank charges for doing so.

PC Tune-Up & Health-Check	Our fixed-price tune-up and health-check, including full virus/malware scans, optimising the startup time and general running of the computer. If you think you need a new computer because it's running slowly, our Tune-Up can usually save you replacing, breathing new life into the computer!	£75
Software fix + PC Tune-Up & Health-Check	Everything above, whilst also fixing any specific software issues you may be having. This can include failing to startup, stuck in endless software repair loops, black or blue screen issues etc. This is usually all that's needed if there's nothing wrong with the hardware!	£75 to £100
Virus Removal	We can help when the worst happens and you've been infected. We'll discuss the best options to remove viruses and malware, and complete a full healthcheck to ensure you're safe and secure. Prices vary, depending on the complexity and severity of the infection and how much damage it's done - but can usually be done as part of our fixed-price health-check and tune-up (above). BACKUP setup	Discuss backup options, and then setup and verify your data's backed-up somewhere safe, to give you full recovery. We are happy to provide backup drives for a competitive price, and will discount the setup cost if you buy your backup drive from us.	£50
Family Safety	Discussing your needs, and working with you to secure your home devices.	£50
Home visits & hourly rate work	We charge by the hour/half-hour, but do contact us and we can discuss likely costs and often agree a fixed price if you'd prefer.	£60 first hour, +£30 per additional ½ hour. Minimum 1 hr.
Remote Support & advice	For many issues we can investigate and fix remotely, accessing your computer over the internet. We use the industry-leading Teamviewer software to remotely access your computer at your request, to fix problems quickly and cost-effectively. We operate a minimum 30 minutes for this service, rather than the usual hour, providing a cost-effective and prompt way to resolve urgent issues quickly with minimum fuss and inconvenience.	£25 per half hour. Minimum 30 mins.
Collection/Drop-off from your home	If you're unable to drop-off or collect your computer for work here at our offices, we can arrange collection and/or drop off from £10 each way, depending on location/travel time required.	From £10 each way

Photo, negative and slide scanning service

There are no restrictions on how you use your digital copies of your photos!
You can take them to Jessops, Boots etc. to print as many copies as you like and/or share with friends online, by email or social media.
