We're always looking for the CHEAPEST professional way to solve your problem and deliver exceptional service, so please do give us the chance to talk through how we can help!
We prefer to take payment via bank transfer, or cash if required. Whilst we are able to take credit/debit cards and cheques, we try to avoid these unless essential, due to ~3% bank charges for doing so.

| PC Tune-Up & Health-Check | Our fixed-price tune-up and health-check, including full virus/malware scans, optimising the startup time and general running of the computer. If you think you need a new computer because it's running slowly, our Tune-Up can usually save you replacing, breathing new life into the computer! |

| Software fix + PC Tune-Up & Health-Check | Everything above, whilst also fixing any specific software issues you may be having. This can include failing to startup, stuck in endless software repair loops, black or blue screen issues etc. This is usually all that's needed if there's nothing wrong with the hardware! |

| Remote Support & advice | For many issues we can investigate and fix remotely, accessing your computers over the internet. We use the industry-leading Teamviewer software to remotely access your computer at your request, to fix problems quickly and cost-effectively. We operate a minimum 30 minutes for this service, rather than the usual hour, providing a cost-effective and prompt way to resolve urgent issues quickly with minimum fuss and inconvenience. |
